Centennial Glass offers repair services for nearly all window brands, including Canadian Choice Windows, that are beyond their warranty period.
While we are not a distributor or installer of new Canadian Choice Windows, nor do we handle repairs or sales of specific Canadian Choice Windows parts, we are well-equipped to offer you a complete installation of a new “replacement unit.” This service comes complete with full warranties, making it an ideal option if your existing windows require the replacement of the interior glass or thermopane due to any kind of failure.
For over 55 years, Centennial Glass has been a leading name in superior window installation and replacement services in Ottawa, Ontario. Boasting decades of experience and a strong commitment to quality, we’ve established ourselves as a standard-bearer in the region’s glass, glazing, and window replacement sector. Our window replacement/repair services are available year-round and include sealed unit replacement, thermopane replacement, window crank and hardware replacement, and screen replacement, particularly for brands like Canadian Choice windows, even after their warranty period.
Damaged windows are very common. Our process involves removing the old, damaged, or malfunctioning glass and accurately measuring the space to ensure a perfect fit for your new sealed unit. We expertly install the new unit, ensure it is securely sealed, and clean it thoroughly. We also offer comprehensive warranties for the replacement glass and our installation services.

The crank mechanism is crucial for the movement of the window. If it malfunctions, you might find the window sticking or not operating correctly. You can visit our store to select the replacement part from our range of universal hardware options. Our customer service teams can provide expert advice; feel free to send us a photo of the hardware that needs replacing. Alternatively, we can arrange for our professional installation teams to perform the service, ensuring your windows function optimally.

We specialize in replacing windows that have become foggy, ensuring the new panes are properly insulated. Defogging a window unit, which often involves releasing the argon gas trapped between panes, isn’t a long-term solution, and drilling holes in the glass provides only temporary relief. For that reason, defogging isn’t a service we provide. Instead, Centennial Glass installs new sealed units within your existing window frames, maintaining the appearance of your current windows.
